Business Analytics (Middle)

       Requirements

• 1.5+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Practical experience with key business analysis techniques and requirement management tools
• Proven experience working on projects in various business domains
• Proficiency in identifying and translating business needs into clearly defined requirements
• Experience in drafting functional / business / system requirement specifications
• Experience in working with stakeholders and requirements elicitation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)

       Will be a plus

• Knowledge of business process modelling (BPMN, UML)
• Experience in Business Intelligence systems and data analysis
• Ability to create UI wireframes supplementing project specifications
• Knowledge of the basics of project and product management
• Experience with the major task tracking systems (Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Asana)
• Technical background (QA, software development, or data engineering)
• Experience in using relational or NoSQL DBMS
  
  Responsibilities
  
  
• Working on fast-paced Product Discovery phases for multiple projects in various industries (not simultaneously)
• Collaborating with developers, designers, QAs to deliver projects efficiently
• Contributing to expert in-house and international teams (from US, UK, and EU)
• Communicating with stakeholders to identify their needs and clarify requirements
• Analysing, validating, grooming and documenting requirements to the web & mobile projects
• Visualizing business processes and preparing data models for the software projects
• Advising stakeholders on the common practices and possible product solutions
• Performing competitor and market analysis, assisting in developing product ideas
• Communicating project vision and coordinating development with engineering teams
• Managing the development workflow applying Agile methodologies
