Project Manager

Your role is to lead and manage the development of digital products by aligning cross-functional teams, improving processes, and ensuring value delivery for both the business and the end user

Required Skills

• 2+ years of commercial experience as an IT Project Manager
• Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation, including translating business needs into clear, actionable technical and functional requirements.
• Upper-intermediate level of English or above (both written and spoken)
• Work experience with the U.S. and European companies
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and their application.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or else
• Understanding of SDLC as well as the Project life cycle
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and defend decisions
• Fearless approach to asking questions and diving deep into any kind of issue
• Structured and organized work approach
• Great attention to detail
• Focus on constant self-improvement and professional growth

It will be an advantage

• Product management background with experience driving cross-functional projects across marketing, SEO, content, and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to manage teams (5+ members) and coordinate multiple cross-functional initiatives in parallel.
• Experience of working with metrics
• Background in BA/QA or a related IT field

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects comply with company processes, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, using appropriate verification techniques.
• Build and maintain relations with clients that are based on trust and transparency
• Maintain a balance between the interests of the business and the team
• Motivation and building effective teamwork
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance your skills and progress as a professional IT project manager
