About the Role

We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our HO team in a key role. This individual will work closely with senior leaders to shape the people agenda, drive organizational effectiveness, and enable business outcomes at scale. The role requires strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Based out of HO, this role will operate across multiple business threads, ensuring alignment and consistency in people decisions. In addition to strategic partnering, the individual will lead a team of HRBPs and ensure strong execution across priorities. The ideal candidate brings solid business understanding, is comfortable working with data and ambiguity, and can connect the dots to drive org-level interventions end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnering - Partner with senior leadership to shape the people agenda, aligning workforce strategy with business priorities across threads.

  • Org Strategy & Design - Drive org design, workforce planning, and role structuring with a focus on scale, efficiency, and long-term capability building.

  • Leadership Influence - Influence CXOs and BU heads through clear, data-backed perspectives and structured recommendations on people decisions.

  • Org-Wide Insighting - Own synthesis of people data across threads to identify patterns, surface risks, and define org-level interventions.

  • Talent & Leadership Development - Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership capability building to strengthen the leadership pipeline.

  • Culture & Performance - Shape and drive a high-performance culture through interventions across performance management, engagement, and accountability.

  • Change & Transformation - Lead org-wide change initiatives, ensuring alignment, clarity, and smooth execution during transitions.

  • Cross-Thread Alignment - Ensure consistency in people decisions and frameworks across teams; drive standardization where required.

  • Program Leadership - Own and drive high-impact, org-level HR programs end-to-end with clear outcomes and measurable impact.

  • Team Leadership & Capability Building - Lead and mentor the HRBP team, driving quality of thinking, execution rigor, and overall capability uplift.

What We're Looking For

  • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to high-growth or startup environments preferred
  • Prior experience managing a small team (at least 1–2 direct reports for ~1+ year)
  • Experience across both regional HRBP roles and HO/central roles preferred
  • Strong track record of partnering with senior business leaders on people strategy and org decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through data, structured thinking, and credibility
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills; able to navigate complexity and ambiguity
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels in a fast-paced environment
  • High ownership mindset with a strong bias for action and follow-through
