Role Summary:

Candidate Requirements:

We're looking for a high-ownership, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to build and scale the business development engine.

Experience & Skills:

- 12-15+ years of experience in industry, consulting, or the development sector, with exposure across sectors such as higher education, agriculture, industry, water resources, irrigation, power, etc.

- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects (10+ projects) and large teams (30+ members).

- Strong structured problem-solving skills and numerical proficiency.

- Willingness and capacity to work under pressure and drive results.

- Quick learner with an ability to quickly understand complex problem statements from diverse sectors.

- Ability to provide clear guidance to teams, lead solution identification, and present data-backed solutions to senior government stakeholders.

- Experience working directly with senior government stakeholders (IAS officers) and government departments is mandatory.

- No specific educational qualification required, but preference for candidates from IIT/IIM or other top-tier institutions, given the diversity and complexity of the role.
