About the job Head Of Growth
Role Overview:
As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving the company's overall marketing strategy, branding, and digital campaigns and handling the marketing budget.
You will play a key role in positioning us as a market leader in the clinical beauty sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in media, digital marketing, and preferably a background in leading marketing for their organisation for offline and in non-metro cities.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Lead all marketing efforts, including identifying growth levers, brand positioning, campaigns, events, and public relations for category and brand
- Lead and optimize all digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, paid campaigns, and email marketing to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Be the brand custodian and own the brand metrics and ORM
- Collaborate across functions with sales, product, and other teams to scale business performance efficiently
- Scale marketing budgets while maintaining marketing efficiencies
- Leverage data-driven insights to measure the success of marketing initiatives and optimize future efforts.
- Work closely with leadership to prepare the brand for expansion into new markets
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 12-15 years of experience in Marketing with atleast 5 years of experience in a Leadership role
- Media & Digital Expertise: Proven experience with media exposure, including handling PR and communication, and managing digital marketing
strategies in a startup or fast-growing digital environment.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in digital-first companies or startups is essential; FMCG experience is highly preferred.
- Leadership Experience: Strong leadership and team
management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse marketing team.
