Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented BizFin Partner with 4-7 years of experience in Business Finance (BizFin) or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, proven financial modeling skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive data-backed strategic decisions.

Early joiners are preferred, and we are open to buying out the notice period for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and profitability assessments to guide business decisions.

- Commercial Negotiations: Lead or support negotiations with both internal stakeholders and external partners to secure favorable commercial terms.

- Business Case Development: Build and assess ROI-driven business cases to support investment decisions and growth initiatives.

- Metrics Tracking: Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Budgeting and Planning: Collaborate across teams to create bottom-up budgets and Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) aligned with company goals.

- MIS Reporting: Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports with relevant financial insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 4-7 years of experience in Business Finance or FP&A

- Strong in financial modeling and proficient with Excel

- Experience working with MySQL and dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage cross-functional teams

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset

Travel Requirements

- 20%-30% travel within India to engage with vendors, meet customers, and understand on-ground business needs
