This is not an executive assistant roleits a Founders Office position with significant responsibility in project execution, people management, and operational oversight.

What You'll Do

Strategic Execution & Project Ownership

  • Take ownership of high-priority projects across marketing, finance, client operations, and internal growth initiatives.
  • Break down complex problems, structure execution roadmaps, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Risk assessment & decision-makingidentify challenges before they escalate and develop proactive solutions.
  • Manage performance dashboards to track project progress and operational efficiency.

People & Operations Management

  • Work closely with teams to ensure execution qualitydelegating effectively while maintaining accountability.

  • Handle internal culture & people operations, helping manage team dynamics and ensuring smooth workflows.

Process Optimization & Automation

  • Review CRM, project management tools, and performance tracking systems to identify inefficiencies.
  • Use digital tools & automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve execution speed.
  • Ensure smooth invoicing, financial workflows, and budget adherence where required.
  • High-Stakes Decision-Making & Stability
  • Work under pressurebe the stabilizing force when unexpected challenges arise.
  • Compartmentalize and prioritize effectively, ensuring high-value tasks get the focus they need.
