This is not an executive assistant roleits a Founders Office position with significant responsibility in project execution, people management, and operational oversight.

What You'll Do
Strategic Execution & Project Ownership
- Take ownership of high-priority projects across marketing, finance, client operations, and internal growth initiatives.
- Break down complex problems, structure execution roadmaps, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Risk assessment & decision-makingidentify challenges before they escalate and develop proactive solutions.
- Manage performance dashboards to track project progress and operational efficiency.
People & Operations Management
- Work closely with teams to ensure execution qualitydelegating effectively while maintaining accountability.

Process Optimization & Automation
- Review CRM, project management tools, and performance tracking systems to identify inefficiencies.
- Use digital tools & automation to streamline repetitive tasks and improve execution speed.
- Ensure smooth invoicing, financial workflows, and budget adherence where required.
- High-Stakes Decision-Making & Stability
