Tech Lead / Full Stack Engineer

About the Role: Were looking for a senior engineer to lead and mentor our growing tech team. As a Staff Engineer/Tech Lead, you'll play a crucial role in driving architecture decisions, managing tech delivery, and ensuring our platform scales seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of the overall system architecture.

Oversee code quality, performance, and security across projects.

Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.

Work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Bring thought leadership in tech stack evolution, CI/CD, and deployment best practices.

Requirements:

3-6 years of full-stack or backend engineering experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership/mentoring capacity.

Proven experience working on an e-commerce product/platform.

Strong knowledge of system design, architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP preferred).

Proficiency in backend languages like Node.js, Java, or Python.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
