Role Overview:
- Seeking a Brand Marketing Leader with proven startup experience who has successfully scaled consumer brands to 100Cr+ in revenue.
- This role involves leading brand growth, community engagement, and strategic marketing initiatives for a fast-scaling consumer company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute end-to-end brand strategy across digital and offline channels.
- Create and drive impactful marketing campaigns aligned with brand positioning.
- Lead storytelling, influencer collaborations, and community engagement programs.
- Develop and measure brand health KPIs such as awareness, recall, and NPS.
- Collaborate with product, performance, and sales teams to ensure brand alignment.
- Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing decisions and brand innovations.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in scaling consumer brands, ideally from startup to 100Cr+ revenue.
- Strong foundation in brand building, storytelling, consumer psychology, and communication strategy.
- Experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns across media platforms.
- Strong analytical and creative mindset with team leadership capabilities
