Role Summary

The Role will support strategic HR execution and talent initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with programme leaders and under the guidance of the Head, this role will help drive organizational effectiveness through high-quality delivery of HR systems and practices. This includes talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The role will be a key enabler of a purpose-driven culture, supporting learning, inclusivity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.

  • Lead end-to-end hiring cycles, from sourcing to selection to onboarding.

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and candidate pipelines.

2. Performance Management Support

  • Facilitate periodic performance reviews, goal-setting, and feedback processes.

  • Provide support for calibration sessions and performance development plans.

3. Learning & Development

  • Coordinate delivery of training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives. Track training effectiveness and impact on team productivity.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Assist in implementing engagement surveys, pulse checks, and recognition programs.

  • Support culture-building campaigns aligned with Foundation’s core values.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRIS updates.

  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, policies, and ethical standards.

  • Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration.

6. Internal Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and team members on HR policies and practices.

  • Mediate employee concerns in a fair, confidential, and effective manner.

7. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare HR metrics dashboards to inform leadership decisions.

  • Analyze trends in turnover, engagement, and recruitment to recommend interventions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • 710 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in mission-driven or complex organizations

  • Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance

  • High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Ability to multitask and navigate ambiguity

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems
