FullStack Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, agile Junior Fullstack Developer (0-2 years experience) to join our tech team. In the fast-fashion D2C space, our website and mobile app are our storefronts. You will work on building scalable e-commerce features, optimizing user journeys, and implementing rapid changes to align with real-time fashion trends and flash sales.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Build UX/UI: Develop responsive, visually stunning web pages that render perfectly on mobile devices.
• Feature Implementation: Create interactive elements like dynamic product filters, swipeable lookbooks, and seamless cart mechanics.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize page load speeds, images, and core web vitals to minimize bounce rates during high-traffic drops.

Backend & Infrastructure

• API Development: Design and maintain robust RESTful or GraphQL APIs to connect frontend layouts with databases.
• E-commerce Logic: Implement backend rules for inventory management, promo codes, dynamic pricing, and loyalty programs.
• Third-Party Integrations: Hook into logistics partners, SMS/Email marketing engines, and multiple payment gateways.

Data & Analytics

• Database Management: Write efficient queries to manage thousands of fast-moving product SKUs, customer data, and order histories.
• Tracking Setups: Integrate pixels and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to track user behavior accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Stack

• Frontend: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Backend: Foundations in Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), or PHP.
• Databases: Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• E-commerce Ecosystems: Familiarity with Shopify (Liquid), WooCommerce, or custom headless commerce setups is a massive plus.
• Version Control: Solid understanding of Git and GitHub workflows.

Soft Skills & Experience

• Experience: 0-2 years of professional software development experience or high-quality internship/portfolio projects.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift based on consumer trends.
• Problem Solving: A sharp mind for debugging frontend layout issues and backend database bottlenecks.
