We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Billing Manager to lead operations for a U.S.-based healthcare account specializing in imaging services. This role will oversee the Healthcare Billing team and ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery, while driving efficiency and performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage daily operations across the Healthcare Billing Sub-departments

  • Ensure Billing KPIs/SLAs are consistently met

  • Oversee Team Leaders and frontline staff while promoting a healthy working environment with accountability, integrity, and high performance.

  • Partner with U.S.-based client stakeholders to deliver performance updates, resolve issues, and align with the clients processes and operational requirements.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of operational performance and workforce trends; develop actionable recommendations to optimize results.

  • Enforce compliance with HIPAA, Data Privacy, Fraud, and other U.S. healthcare regulations.

  • Drive workforce planning, scheduling, and employee engagement strategies to strengthen retention, improve efficiency, and productivity..

  • Foster a culture of motivation, conflict management, and continuous process improvement.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 810 years of BPO leadership experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare account management.

  • Strong background in healthcare billing and patient support

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Yellow Belt certification preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics for reporting, trend analysis, and operational insights.

  • Proven success in process improvement, conflict resolution, and workforce optimization.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multifunctional teams/departments in fast-paced and high-volume environments.

  • Prior success as a Director of Operations, Senior Operations Manager, or equivalent role.

  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare standards, such as CMS and HIPAA guidelines, is a must

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong motivational and performance-driven leadership style is an advantage

  • Excellent articulation, client relationship management, and communication skills.

  • Financial acumen with a background in P&L, OPEX, and CAPEX management is a plus
