About the job Recruitment Marketing Lead
We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Talent Acquisitions Marketing Lead (Ad Placement and Data Analytics) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for data quality and a proven track record of ensuring data accuracy and integrity. As a Talent Acquisitions Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization';s candidate acquisition metrics, tracking loops, and recruitment advertising investments are completely reliable, accurate, and up-to-date across all digital platforms.
This is a full-time role, on a PH Shift and on a Work Onsite set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, set up, and manage paid recruitment advertising campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, JobStreet, Indeed, and other relevant channels.
Define campaign objectives, target audience parameters, budget allocations, and bidding strategies for each recruitment ad placement.
Oversee the full campaign lifecycle from initial brief and creative coordination through launch, monitoring, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, targeting segments, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with TA Marketing Specialists to ensure all creative assets are perfectly aligned with campaign objectives and platform specifications prior to deployment.
Manage and allocate the recruitment marketing budget effectively across active campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Monitor ad spend pacing and adjust budgets in real time to prevent overspend or
underperformance.
Build, maintain, and present comprehensive performance dashboards tracking key metrics including impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and quality of hire indicators.
Conduct deep-dive analytical reviews to identify unusual activity, or discrepancies within performance trackers, conversion tags, and applicant data logs.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, uncover performance gaps, and generate actionable insights that inform future recruitment marketing strategies.
Provide regular performance reports to the Marketing Manager with clear recommendations for optimization and strategic direction.
Develop and maintain a recruitment marketing analytics framework to track the effectiveness of campaigns across the full candidate acquisition funnel.
Track and analyze candidate lead flow from first ad impression through application submission and handoff to the recruitment team, identifying and mitigating drop-off points.
Collaborate with the TA and HR teams to align marketing-generated candidate pipelines with active
hiring needs and workforce planning.
Lead, guide, and mentor TA Marketing Specialists in their day-to-day creative output, ensuring
deliverables meet strict accuracy benchmarks and timeline constraints.
Manage access, setup, and maintenance of advertising platforms, tracking pixels, UTM parameters,
and conversion events to ensure 100% accurate attribution.
Oversee the integration of recruitment marketing tools with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and
CRM platforms for seamless data flow.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or recruitment marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a lead, supervisory, or senior specialist capacity—ideally working with US-based companies.
Proven track record of managing multi-platform paid advertising campaigns with high accuracy and measurable metrics.
Expert proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads;
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions are a strong
advantage.
Strong command of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for heavy data manipulation, pivot tables, and comprehensive performance reporting.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, or similar
platforms.
Deep technical familiarity with UTM tracking, pixel implementation, conversion event setup, and attribution modeling.
Exceptional analytical and quality assurance review skills to evaluate data integrity across multiple channels simultaneously.
High level of accuracy while working at pace in a high-volume setting, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and team priorities within a fast-paced environment.
