Our US Partner is one of the most highly regarded real estate and estate planning firms in New York City.

Were looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to be part of our team. In this role, you will not only provide high-level administrative support but also bring technical proficiency to streamline office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work-from-home set-up.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the managing partners' calendars. Ensure timely reminders and reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between the managing partners and internal staff, clients, and external contacts. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • ​Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic.

​Qualifications:

  • ​Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in AI preferred (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, Claude)
  • ​Strong organizational skills with the ability to recommend and implement effective systems
  • Previous experience working directly ​to a lawyer or attorney at the partner level is an advantage
