Role Overview: We are hiring a full-time Interview Scheduler to support a US-based team. This role is primarily outbound-call focused and plays a critical part in connecting qualified candidates with our clients hiring team.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, and possesses strong verbal communication skills tailored to U.S.-based audiences.
This is for a fixed night shift, fully-remote work set-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to candidates who have applied for open roles
Engage candidates professionally and persuasively to schedule interviews with our client
Clearly communicate job details, expectations, and next steps
Accurately document call outcomes and candidate information
Coordinate interview schedules efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain professionalism and energy throughout a high-volume call environment
Qualifications & Requirements:
Prior experience in an outbound call center environment is required
Experience engaging with U.S.-based consumers, clients, or businesses is strongly preferred
Exceptional verbal communication skills with clear, easily understandable spoken English
Minimal accent impact on comprehension for American listeners
Comfortable handling high call volumes daily
Strong organizational and time management skills
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethics
