Role Overview: We are hiring a full-time Interview Scheduler to support a US-based team. This role is primarily outbound-call focused and plays a critical part in connecting qualified candidates with our clients hiring team.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, and possesses strong verbal communication skills tailored to U.S.-based audiences.

This is for a fixed night shift, fully-remote work set-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to candidates who have applied for open roles

  • Engage candidates professionally and persuasively to schedule interviews with our client

  • Clearly communicate job details, expectations, and next steps

  • Accurately document call outcomes and candidate information

  • Coordinate interview schedules efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups

  • Maintain professionalism and energy throughout a high-volume call environment

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an outbound call center environment is required

  • Experience engaging with U.S.-based consumers, clients, or businesses is strongly preferred

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with clear, easily understandable spoken English

  • Minimal accent impact on comprehension for American listeners

  • Comfortable handling high call volumes daily

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethics
