Authorization Confirmation Fax Specialist

Our US partner is one of the leading Medical Digital Imaging Service Providers in New Jersey. They offer a full spectrum of diagnostic imaging services in comfortable, convenient, and friendly outpatient imaging centers.

As a Medical Fax Specialist, you are responsible for obtaining day-to-day monitoring of Radiology Worklist/Press route buckets, patient demographics confirmation, and fax documents when needed.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on an Onsite (Cebu-based) work set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of Radiology Worklist/Press route buckets.

• Sorting of cases based on priority.

• Calling out to Medical Doctors Office to confirm demographics is correct.

• Update INFINITT as required for any changes in demographics.

• Fax templates to Medical Doctors offices on the status of cases

• Fax templates to Medical Doctors Office on radiology results as needed.

• Other tasks as given by immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least a 2nd-year level/Graduate/Postgraduate/ Doctorate degree in Life Sciences

• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment

• Knowledgeable in CPT and DX codes.
