We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an energetic sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering solutions that drive results.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on an Onsite (Cebu-based) set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with automotive repair shops, collision centers, dealerships, and wholesale customers.

  • Generate sales through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, and customer follow-up.

  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions using extensive inventory of quality OEM recycled parts.

  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure timely customer follow-up.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.

  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within company systems.

  • Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or the automotive industry preferred

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed

  • Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems

  • Automotive parts knowledge is an advantage but not required
