Our US partner is a leader in new and recycled auto parts, as well as Automotive and Metal Recycling. The Auto Parts business unit provides certified new and recycled auto parts to body shops, car dealers, auto parts dealers, and walk-in retail customers.
The After Sales Support is responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient post-sales process by managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries and returns, and maintaining accurate records. This position plays a vital role in sustaining customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between clients, vendors, and internal departments.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on an Onsite (Cebu-based) set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately and promptly process invoice orders to ensure timely billing and fulfillment.
Review and annotate vital information on Purchase Orders (POs), particularly for non-AutoZone deals, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Compile and maintain daily invoice tracking sheets to monitor and report order processing activities.
Conduct ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) follow-up calls to confirm shipment and delivery updates with customers and logistics partners.
Monitor and verify credits received from remanufacturers, ensuring accuracy before forwarding documentation to the appropriate contact (e.g., Justin) for further processing.
Coordinate defect pickups by scheduling carriers, confirming arrangements, and ensuring timely collection and communication with all stakeholders.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving post-delivery issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline after-sales processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns.
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1-2 years of experience in after-sales support, order processing, logistics coordination, or customer service.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
