Network Staff

Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc is an outsourcing company based in Cebu city, Philippines with clientele all over the United States. We have over 300 Rockstar employees across various industries and we are continuously expanding fast.

We are looking for a Network Staff, responsible for maintaining an organization's computer systems, networks, and software. They act as the primary point of contact for technical support, ensuring employees can complete their daily tasks efficiently while maintaining data security and system reliability

This is a full-time role, Mid Shift, and on a Work in Office set-up.

​DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Helpdesk and Support: Acts as the point of contact (POC) for technical issues, network drops, PC transfers, Biometric enrollment, deliveries & software errors
• Hardware and software maintenance: PC cleaning, software installation, PC upgrades, and printer repairs
• Asset and Inventory management - Track and document IT equipment, spare parts, and software licenses.
• Willing to work overtime when needed, a team player who adapts to assigned tasks.

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Typically requires 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the IT field, often within BPO, shared services, or managed IT environments.
• Expected to work shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekend
