We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Recruitment Marketing Specialist (Creative and Graphic Design) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for data quality and a proven track record of ensuring data

accuracy and integrity. As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that

our organization's; branding assets, talent attraction materials, and campaign files are reliable, accurate,

up-to-date, and perfectly compliant with corporate design specifications.


This is a full-time role, on a PH Shift and on a Work Onsite set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design recruitment marketing materials including job advertisements, social media graphics, email

  • banners, career page visuals, and event collateral.

  • Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all talent acquisition touchpoints.

  • Create motion graphics, short-form video content, and multimedia assets for recruitment

  • campaigns.

  • Produce creative briefs and visual concepts aligned with hiring campaign objectives.

  • Ensure all design outputs adhere strictly to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of visual accuracy.

  • Collaborate with the TA team to understand hiring needs and translate them into targeted creative campaigns.

  • Design content for job postings across platforms such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, and other relevant job boards.

  • Support employer branding initiatives by producing content that highlights company culture, employee stories, and workplace values.

  • Assist in building candidate pipelines through visually engaging awareness and attraction campaigns.

  • Create platform-optimized graphics and visual content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social channels.

  • Support the planning and execution of digital recruitment campaigns with structured creative assets.

  • Monitor content performance metrics and iterate on designs based on engagement tracking data and stakeholder feedback.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager, TA Lead, and HR team to align creative output with recruitment goals.

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced

operational environment.

  • Maintain an organized library of creative assets, templates, and brand resources with 100%

database completeness.

  • Review and QA assets to ensure zero published errors per quarter across organic and paid

platforms.




QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and digital asset layout, preferably with US-based companies or within a marketing, HR, or recruitment context.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating professional visual design work across both digital and print formats.

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).

  • Highly proficient in Canva or similar rapid design tools and a deep understanding of social media platforms and digital content best practices.

  • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a strong advantage.

  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with acute attention to detail, brand consistency, and asset alignment mapping.

  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple high-volume creative projects

simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret creative brief requirements and review asset accuracy with a high first-submission approval rate.

  • Ability to work effectively at pace within a hybrid and fast-paced operational setting.
