Is looking to hire a Field Associate to join our Philippines-based team. This role sits at the intersection of data collection operations and quality assurance, supporting our Programming and Data Processing teams while working closely with project teams across active research studies. The Field Associate will play a key role in keeping fieldwork running
smoothly, maintaining data quality, and communicating study progress to internal stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities:

Monitor data collection for online surveys to ensure proper sampling and quota management throughout the field period
Provide daily status reports to project teams on data collection progress and key metrics
Track incidence rates and sample dispositions, flagging issues that could impact study timelines or costsPerform data cleaning while studies are in field to ensure the final dataset reflects high-quality respondents
Execute quality checks for online surveys to verify survey logic, skip patterns, and data integrity
Check data tabulations for accuracy and confirm delivery against requested specifications
Understand and manage click-to-pop sampling and handle sample deployment for basic to moderate complexity studies
Develop familiarity with online and qualitative research methodologies to support a range of project types
Interact with vendors to communicate field requirements and build working relationships
Identify inefficiencies within job responsibilities and share process improvement ideas with management
Maintain open communication channels with project teams, field staff, and vendors
Attend relevant team meetings and actively contribute to departmental functions
Keep manager informed of relevant field developments, emerging issues, and vendor communications

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a market research operations or data collection role
Demonstrated experience managing the data collection process for online quantitative studies
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple studies simultaneously
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Familiarity with Intellisurvey or similar survey platforms (Decipher, Dimensions, etc.)

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Proficiency with SPSS or other statistical analysis tools
Experience with data tabulation software and QA processes
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
