About the job Talent Acquisition Manager (Remote)
Our US Partner is an award-winning multilingual agency serving young children and their families' developmental needs. They serve all children and families in Westchester and New York City from all communities.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to manage the recruitment process for an organization, from sourcing and attracting candidates to hiring and onboarding them. This role will work directly with the Talent Acquisition Director in managing the sourcing and recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent for the organization.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a work-from-home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing and Outreach
Source Candidates through platforms such as Indeed or other
Outreach and network with referral sources (schools, job fairs)
- Marketing
Update job postings on all sites (Indeed, LinkedIn, Schools)
Update company recruitment pages on all job websites (Indeed, LinkedIn)
- Applicant Screening/Interviewing
Application Screening
Screen candidates via Zoom
Skills Assessment Screening
Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring supervisors
Ensure accurate data entry in Paycom ATS
Ensure candidates complete the hiring process
- New Hire Onboarding
Offer letters/agreements, onboarding HR paperwork
Clearance Systems updated
Systems account access
Effective/efficient introduction of new staff to all departments (IT, Payroll, Billing, Direct Supervisor, Case Managers)
Monitoring of the Indeed platform of job campaigns, spend, trends, etc.
- System Upgrades
Continuously update Systems/Policies and Procedures with the HR Director
QUALIFICATIONS:
5-10 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager
Strong skill level with application review/interview screening
Extensive experience in managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding
Positive attitude, knows how to sell the company culture
Open to feedback, continual self-improvement
Highly organized, knows how to prioritize tasks, responsible
Efficient and effective communication skills, written and verbal
Proven experience in recruitment efforts
Experience with ATS applications, recruitment sites, and social media
