Our Partner Client is an experiential agency located in a major urban center. They design and execute immersive brand experiences for clients in technology, media, and consumer sectors. Their work spans strategic planning, creative direction, event production, and content creation. As an Executive Assistant, youll serve as the founders right handdriving communication, managing logistics, streamlining time management, and executing operations across a fast-paced and diverse set of projects. Were looking for someone exceptionally sharp, highly organized, and relentlessly proactive. Youll be entrusted with sensitive information, represent the founder in key interactions, and play a critical role in ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work-from-home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Founder Support
  • Manage the founders calendar, inbox, internal priorities, and meeting logistics.
  • Filter noise, surface what matters, and follow up on key threads and deliverables.
  • Draft and refine communications on behalf of the foundertone should be clear, warm, direct, and professional.

Project + Logistics Coordination
  • Track and manage timelines and deliverables across creative, production, and fulfillment teams.
  • Flag blockers, escalate issues, and coordinate follow-through with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support occasional project needsfrom vendor research to scheduling to order tracking.

Administrative + Systems Management
  • Maintain internal systems including Monday.com (CRM), Slack, and workflow automation tools like Zapier or Make.com.
  • Organize and streamline internal documents, decks, and correspondence.
  • Handle special projects as assigned (e.g. prepping briefs, running a lightweight RFP, or auditing process flows).

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Experience & Skills
  • 4-6 years supporting a U.S.-based executive, founder, or business ownerideally in a creative, logistics, or agency setting.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proven discretion and reliability in handling sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented: you double-check time zones, spot typos, and anticipate what others might miss.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptablecomfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, and automation tools like Zapier/Make.
