Our US Partner Client is a rapidly growing technology solutions provider focusing upon Cloud, Cyber Security, Networking, Disaster Recovery and Managed Services.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work in the office set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leverage ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM to deliver world-class service management across a CMDB encompassing over 1,000 companies

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, starting from the customer portal and extending through automated workflows from the workplace to the cloud

  • Streamline and digitize repeatable processes using code, workflows, configurations, and system integrations for both internal and customer-facing solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Service Now Administrator or similar position (experience in a domain separated environment)

  • At least 5 solid years of ServiceNow experience with (in order of preference):
    • ITSM

    • CSM

    • Domain Separation

    • Workspace/UI Builder

    • CMDB

  • Proficient in creating/modifying portal catalog items, workflows, flow designer flows, portal widgets, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, etc

  • Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and execute them, acting as a liaison with developers when necessary

Preferred Certifications:

  • ITIL

  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator
