Role Summary

Highly dependable and people-oriented Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager to support day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and overall HR service delivery. This role will serve as the senior HR point person for employees and stakeholders, ensuring smooth HR operations while balancing compliance, employee experience, and business needs.

The ideal candidate has strong HR generalist experience, sound judgment in handling employee concerns, and the ability to independently manage HR processes. This role also requires leadership capabilities, as the position will oversee or guide junior HR team members and assist HR leadership in implementing HR programs, policies, and operational initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Administration

  • Oversee daily HR operations and ensure timely execution of HR processes and employee support.
  • Manage and monitor HR documentation, employee records, HR trackers, and personnel files.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor standards, and internal HR procedures.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, employee movements, and employment documentation.
  • Coordinate with payroll, finance, and operations teams on HR-related concerns and employee requirements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help streamline HR workflows and employee support systems.

Employee Relations & Employee Support

  • Handle employee relations matters and support investigations, disciplinary processes, documentation, and case management when needed.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers/stakeholders regarding employee management and HR best practices.
  • Provide practical HR guidance aligned with operational and business needs.
  • Monitor employee trends, attendance concerns, attrition, and engagement issues, and recommend action plans.
  • Support performance management initiatives and employee development discussions.
