Our U.S partner is seeking a highly experienced accounting professional to serve as a client-facing Account Manager, responsible for overseeing financial accuracy, managing client relationships, and guiding internal accounting workflows.

This role requires a strong balance of technical accounting expertise and client communication skills, with the ability to operate independently and proactively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Manage ongoing communication and maintain strong relationships
  • Provide accounting guidance and respond to client inquiries
  • Review bookkeeping and accounting work prepared by staff
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, or risks prior to final delivery
  • Work with internal teams to resolve accounting issues
  • Ensure proper documentation and adjustments are completed
  • Maintain accountability across workflows
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Track deliverables across multiple clients and industries
  • Maintain structured processes and accurate time tracking

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of accounting experience (CPA firm experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Financial statement analysis and review
  • General accounting and bookkeeping oversight
  • Proficiency in:
  • QuickBooks Online and Desktop (required)
  • Yardi (preferred)
  • Experience working with multiple clients across industries
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities
