Our US Partner Client Digital Marketing agency with headquarters in Cleveland Ohio. We are looking for a SEARCH MARKETING STRATEGIST who can be an asset to the team!
The Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Search, you will work directly under our Digital Advertising Manager to execute, monitor, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Paid Social platforms like Meta and Instagram.
The ideal candidate is someone who lives in the data, understands the nuance of conversion tracking, and can pivot quickly based on performance metrics. You arent just looking for clicks; youre looking for the right clicks that turn into revenue for our clients.
This is a part-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Management: Support the Digital Advertising Manager in the daily management of paid search and social accounts.
Optimization: Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization. Manage account bids, monthly budget caps, and quality scores.
Ad Copywriting: Draft compelling, conversion-focused ad copy and conduct A/B testing to improve CTR and conversion rates.
Tracking & Analytics: Assist in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking via Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 to ensure data integrity.
Reporting: Generate and analyze performance reports using our agency reporting tool Agency Analytics to provide actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies, especially within our core niches (Healthcare, Rehab, etc.).
Landing Page Support: Collaborate with our design team to provide feedback on landing page performance and layout.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
Certifications: Active certifications in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and/or Meta Blueprint are highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze raw data and translate it into a narrative of "what happened and why."
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and potential client-facing support.
Adaptability: A strong willingness to learn and master new advertising platforms as the digital landscape and industry regulations evolve.
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience in Healthcare or Highly Regulated Industries: A background in sectors like Healthcare, Finance, Aerospace, or Energy is a significant plus.
Compliance Mindset: Familiarity with frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2, or similar regulatory standards.
