Our US partner is a leader in new and recycled auto parts, as well as Automotive and Metal Recycling. The Auto Parts business unit provides certified new and recycled auto parts to body shops, car dealers, auto parts dealers, and walk-in retail customers.

The Warranty Officer  manages and processes warranty claims, ensuring timely submission, accurate documentation, and compliance with vendor procedures. The role involves initiating claims, tracking defects, following up on payments, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on an Onsite (Cebu-based) set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and process warranty claims in compliance with company policies and vendor
  • agreements.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, stores, and customers regarding defective or returned parts.

  • Verify claim eligibility, coverage period, and part details against warranty guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of warranty claims, replacements, and

  • reimbursements.

  • Prepare and submit vendor warranty reports and supporting documentation for credit

  • processing.

  • Communicate with shops, stores, and customers to resolve warranty-related issues

  • efficiently.

  • Track defective parts from pickup to return, ensuring proper documentation and timely

  • processing.

  • Work closely with the accounting department to reconcile warranty credits and payments.

  • Assist in root cause analysis of recurring defects and provide feedback to quality and

  • inventory teams.

  • Monitor warranty trends to identify product or vendor quality issues.

  • Ensure all returned units are properly inspected, tagged, and documented for follow-up

  • action.

  • Collaborate with logistics to ensure the smooth return of defective items to vendors or

  • warehouses.

  • Provide warranty claim updates to management and escalate complex cases when

  • necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, vendor terms, and customer satisfaction

  • standards.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance warranty operations efficiency.



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of experience in related roles: Warranty Support, Automotive Specialist, etc.

  • Preferably with experience in warranty claims administration or related fields.

  • Ideally with a technical background and knowledge of cars and car parts.

  • Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).

  • Experience working with US companies is a plus.

  • Strong technological aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Proficient in using various digital tools and platforms

  • Comfortable navigating and adapting to new technologies
