We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to help expand our team of rockstars.
This is a full-time role, with a morning/mid-shift schedule and a Hybrid setup.

QUALIFICATIONS:
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management
At least 3 years of solid background in the end-to-end recruitment process
Familiarity with KPO, RPO, and/or BPO industries is a plus
ATS experience/exposure is required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process:
Posting of job ads to different portals for sourcing and pooling (headhunting experience is a plus)
Conducting initial interviews and profiling candidates for the different vacancies
Proctoring technical examinations when necessary
Collecting initial Background Check Documents
Assist with the onboarding phase of new talent
Maintains and updates the recruitment tracker/database to track emails and the candidate database
Maintains and updates the Applicant Tracking System and Recruitment Trackers for any movements
Perform ad-hoc tasks related to the job
Perform ad-hoc tasks related to the completion of roles
