As we continue to scale, we are expanding our internal Talent Acquisition team with a Talent Sourcing Specialist who has strong experience sourcing both volume roles and niche, hard-to-fill positions across multiple industries.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly proactive, creative in sourcing strategies, and skilled at building strong candidate pipelines for diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build qualified talent pipelines for volume hiring, niche roles, and specialized skill sets across various industries (BPO, tech, healthcare, finance, engineering, marketing, etc.).

  • Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, online communities, referrals, and alternative sourcing channels to identify high-quality candidates.

  • Engage and nurture passive candidates through personalized messaging and consistent follow-ups.

  • Maintain strong awareness of talent markets, sourcing trends, and competitor hiring activities.

Collaboration & Requirement Alignment

  • Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand specific role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

  • Provide insights on sourcing difficulty, market availability, and recommended sourcing strategies.

  • Participate in intake discussions to determine sourcing priorities and timelines.

Screening & Candidate Management

  • Conduct initial sourcing screens to verify qualifications, experience, and job fit.

  • Prepare sourcing summaries and candidate briefs for Recruiters and hiring teams.

  • Ensure positive candidate experiences through timely communication and follow-up.

ATS, Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity logs in the Applicant Tracking System.

  • Track pipelines, sourcing funnel performance, and volume progress.

  • Provide weekly updates on sourcing metrics, challenges, and recommendations.

Process Improvement

  • Recommend new sourcing tools, channels, and strategies to improve efficiency.

  • Participate in sourcing projects and special hiring campaigns as needed.

  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • 24 years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruitment, preferably in an outsourcing, RPO, KPO, or BPO environment.

  • Proven experience sourcing both volume and niche roles.

  • Strong expertise in:

    • Boolean search

    • LinkedIn sourcing & outreach

    • Job boards (Local & International)

    • Alternative sourcing channels and communities

  • Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing automation platforms.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple sourcing pipelines simultaneously.
