Tahche is seeking a Marketing Manager who will lead all marketing initiatives focused on client acquisition, brand growth, and demand generation for the US market. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building Tahches marketing engine to attract US companies, strengthen our global brand presence, and support the Sales and Business Development teams with high-impact marketing assets.

The ideal candidate has strong B2B marketing experience, particularly in professional services, outsourcing, staffing, or consulting industries. You are analytical, creative, and highly skilled at building campaigns that convert prospects into leads and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and own Tahches marketing strategy for US client acquisition and brand awareness.

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team in executing campaigns, content, and digital initiatives.

  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and creative resources.

  • Ensure all messaging aligns with Tahches professional, global, and partnership-driven brand.


Demand Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Build and optimize lead-generation strategies through digital campaigns, email marketing, SEO, SEM, paid ads, landing pages, and partnerships.

  • Create targeted campaigns for specific industries or client segments (e.g., healthcare, finance, engineering, digital services).

  • Support the Sales team with marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and nurture campaigns.


Content, Branding & Messaging

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content:
    • Case studies

    • Whitepapers

    • Website content

    • Sales decks

    • Client-facing brochures

    • Brand materials and videos

  • Strengthen Tahches positioning as a trusted outsourcing partner for US businesses.


Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Establish KPIs for marketing performance, brand engagement, and lead generation.

  • Use analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign ROI.

  • Provide reports and insights to the Executive Team to inform strategic decisions.


Sales & Client Success Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales to create:
    • Outreach templates

    • Prospecting materials

    • Industry-specific pitch decks

    • CRM-aligned email sequences and automation

  • Work with Customer Success to develop client stories, testimonials, and retention-supporting content.

  • Support corporate events, webinars, and client engagement activities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in outsourcing, staffing, consulting, or professional services.

  • At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content strategy, analytics, and lead-generation campaigns.

  • Experience working with US clients or US-facing campaigns is a strong advantage.

  • Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot (or similar CRM), Google Analytics, Google/Meta ads, Canva/Adobe Suite, etc.

  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and project management skills.
