Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offer negotiations.

Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other creative sourcing methods.

Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an exceptional experience.

Meet or exceed monthly placement goals to maximize commission earnings.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify new client opportunities and expand the company's talent network.

Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (agency or corporate).

Proven ability to source, interview, and close candidates successfully.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Access to a computer, internet connection, and professional workspace.
Compensation:

100% Commission-Based: You earn a percentage of every successful placement.
