Bilingual Attorney (English - Spanish)

We are working with a rapidly expanding personal injury law firm that is searching for a Bilingual Personal Injury Attorney (Spanish-English) to join their Charlotte, NC office. Occasional travel and court appearances may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or resolution.

• Communicate frequently with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.

• Prepare and review demand packages, settlement documents, and negotiation materials.

• Handle lien resolution, subrogation issues, and case disbursements.

• Lead and support a team of paralegals and case staff.

• Participate in community outreach and business development activities.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina law license in good standing.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).

• Minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience.

• Strong client communication and case management skills.

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and oversee support staff.
