Bilingual Paralegal (English - Spanish)

Join a dynamic and expanding law firm as a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager. We are looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional fluent in English and Spanish to support personal injury cases and deliver outstanding client care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid background in personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering case-related questions

• Gather, track, and organize medical records, bills, and damage documentation

• Prepare settlement demands, calculations, and agreements for attorney review

• Monitor case progress to ensure timely movement and resolution

• Handle scheduling, correspondence, file organization, and other administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal or case manager

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload (50- 60+ active cases)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
