What Youll Do:
Oversee daily farm operations: breeding, feeding, flock health
Ensure compliance with biosecurity, animal welfare, and quality standards
Lead, mentor, and develop farm and department managers
Manage budgets, inventory, and resource allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit business goals

What Were Looking For:
️ 5-7 years in poultry production, 3+ in a leadership role
️ Proven ability to manage large-scale live production
️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
️ Comfortable working field hours, including weekends
️ Breeder management experience a plus
