Oversee the daily operations of the office pertain to administrative and human resource activities
Prepare reports, documentations, presentations as required by the management.
Ensure that all paper works meet the requirement of standard and local regulations.
Act as a liaison with an official and local authorities for the compliance local rules and regulations.
Assume the role as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/ external clients.
Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
Develop an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team.

Coordinate and manage Air traveling, Visa processing and hotel booking of company's staff and guests.

Helping the department heads as and when required. Other works assign by the management time to time.
