As we continue to grow, we are looking for a VP of Liquidity & Trading Ops to join our team!

Objective

Optimize unit economics, prevent liquidity bottlenecks, and ensure pricing consistencycritical for user experience and margin sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee liquidity management across multiple markets and currencies.
  
• Ensure trading desks operate efficiently, minimizing spreads and slippage.
  
• Manage relationships with exchanges, OTC desks, and liquidity providers.
  
• Develop pricing models aligned with unit economics targets.
  
• Collaborate with product and engineering to build internal tools for real-time liquidity monitoring.
  
• Report regularly to the executive team on liquidity, exposure, and financial risk.
  

Requirements

• 7+ years in trading, treasury, or liquidity management (crypto, FX, or fintech).
  
• Strong understanding of stablecoins, cross-border flows, and hedging strategies.
  
• Proven track record of improving spreads and trading efficiency.
  
• Experience leading trading/ops teams.
  
• Advanced English.
