Full In Person Position - Offices in Palermo, Buenos Aires.
Objective
Oversee and coordinate complex financial projects, focusing on partner integrations, process automation, and special projects. Ensure alignment across internal teams and external providers to execute projects efficiently and effectively, leveraging technical expertise for smooth integration and automation.
Ideal Candidate

Education: Bachelor's in Engineering or Computer Science, with an obsesion with Finance, or related field. Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum) are a plus.

Experience:

5+ years in financial project management (preferably fintech/financial services).

Proven experience in managing integration projects and working with external partners.

Familiar with process automation and workflow streamlining.

Technical Skills:

Strong technical understanding with experience in software development, system integrations, or automation.

Knowledge of APIs, databases, and financial systems (SWIFT, ACH, payment gateways).

Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Manage all assigned financial projects, collaborating with internal teams (product, operations, compliance) and external partners (payment processors, banks, service providers).
Partner Integration: Oversee the onboarding and integration of new financial service providers, ensuring seamless alignment with Takenos infrastructure.
Process Automation: Identify and implement opportunities to automate financial operations in collaboration with the engineering team.
Special Projects: Lead execution of high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and alignment with strategic goals.
Technical Liaison: Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for engineering teams, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: Ensure alignment and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders during project execution.
Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation on timelines, budgets, goals, and specifications; provide regular project updates.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and introduce new tools or practices to improve project management efficiency.
