Takenos is a fast-growing fintech startup that offers a global financial infrastructure for remote workers and freelancers, with a focus on cross-border transactions, digital wallets, and innovative financial services. We're building solutions that empower people to manage their finances in a way thats secure, seamless, and in line with todays digital-first world. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team!
Objective
Lead and manage Takenos brand strategy across all communication channels, driving consistent messaging, lowering CAC, and increasing engagement in the mid/long term.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel brand campaigns (online/offline) aligned with growth and acquisition goals.
- Ensure consistency across visual identity, tone of voice, and user touchpoints.
- Collaborate with performance marketing, product, and design teams to align brand messaging with acquisition funnels.
- Lead storytelling initiatives highlighting Takenos mission, product advantages, and impact in LATAM.
- Monitor brand perception, user sentiment, and engagement metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships for brand-related projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in brand management or marketing communications (preferably in fintech/tech/startups).
- Strong understanding of consumer finance, digital products, or B2C markets.
- Proven ability to reduce CAC through brand and creative initiatives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
