Full In Person Position - Offices in Palermo, Buenos Aires.

Objective
Lead the growth team analytically, driving acquisition and user lifecycle metrics. Collaborate with creative teams, performance agencies, and product to significantly improve user acquisition, activation, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Experience in acquisition and customer lifecycle metrics for tech products.

  • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker Studio).

  • Experience managing Customer Engagement Platforms (e.g., Customer.io).

  • Expertise in paid media (Google, Meta).

  • Ability to coordinate across teams and work cross-functionally.

  • 4+ years in marketing and growth.

  • 2+ years in B2C growth in fintech.

  • Experience with paid marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze acquisition metrics (CPM, CAC, ROI) across paid and organic channels.

  • Propose adjustments to marketing budget allocation and strategy.

  • Lead paid media campaigns with external agencies (currently Meta, Google Ads, and potentially TikTok, LinkedIn).

  • Oversee user lifecycle analysis and implement customer engagement campaigns focused on activation and profitability (automated and ad-hoc, using Customer.io).

  • Collaborate with product and CX teams to implement improvements for activation, cross-sell, and retention.

  • Define and track key business metrics: activation, retention, volume, revenue, cohorts, active users, etc.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for actionable business performance insights.

  • Lead the Growth Data Analyst to maximize performance.

  • Grow and lead the team while driving results in line with Takenos growth.

Additional Requirements

  • Advanced English.

  • Experience in FinTech, digital banks, or startups.
