Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members to provide performance feedback, coaching, and support their professional development.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
  • Support career growth, lead performance reviews, and contribute to compensation and promotion decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure engineering initiatives align with company goals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading small to mid-sized software engineering teams.
  • Proven experience in designing software architecture and building distributed systems.
