Lead AI Governance, Security, and Data Management
About the Role
Our client, a leading enterprise group in Thailand, is embarking on a large-scale AI transformation to enhance operational efficiency and unlock data value across its businesses.
The Lead, AI Governance, Security & Data Management will establish frameworks that ensure responsible AI adoption, secure data usage, and strong information governance across the organization.
This position will translate global governance standards into actionable policies that fit the companys operations and culture.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the organizations AI Governance framework, covering ethical principles, transparency, accountability, and compliance.

Define data management and security policies, including classification, access control, and lifecycle management.

Collaborate with Transformation, IT, and Compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant AI environments.

Drive initiatives in data quality improvement, cataloging, and lineage tracking to enable AI-ready data infrastructure.

Evaluate AI projects and assess risks to balance innovation with compliance and security.

Stay up to date on emerging AI and data regulations, adjusting frameworks as needed.

Promote responsible AI practices through training and internal communication.
Qualifications
-
8+ years of experience in data governance, information security, or AI risk management.

Hands-on experience implementing or localizing frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 42001, or NIST AI RMF.

Strong understanding of AI/ML principles, data lifecycle, and security controls.

Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and executive discussions.

Background in large or data-intensive organizations preferred.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
