About the Role

Our client is looking for an AI Governance Analyst to support the implementation of responsible AI and data governance practices across the organization.
This role helps operationalize frameworks, assess compliance, and monitor AI and data governance across multiple business functions.

You will collaborate with transformation, IT, and compliance teams to ensure the companys AI initiatives are governed responsibly and securely.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct AI and data governance assessments for new initiatives.

• Maintain and update the AI project registry and ensure documentation aligns with internal standards.

• Work with data owners to classify and monitor datasets used for AI and automation.

• Track and report governance KPIs, including data quality and compliance metrics.

• Support the rollout of governance policies, guidelines, and training programs.

• Provide analytical and documentation support to improve frameworks and processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data governance, compliance, or risk management.

• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (PDPA, GDPR) and responsible AI concepts.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.

• Proficient in governance and data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SharePoint).

• Collaborative and detail-oriented mindset.

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
