Overview
Our client is an AI transformation company that empowers SMEs to accelerate digital growth through intelligent automation and data-driven solutions. We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist who is passionate about leveraging low-code and no-code tools to create scalable AI-driven workflows. This role focuses on translating business challenges into automated workflows by using and combining various emerging tools not limited to a specific platform. The ideal candidate is driven by curiosity, has a problem-solving mindset, and keeps pace with the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and AI Leads to understand requirements and translate them into automation workflows.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled workflows using low-code / no-code tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, N8N, Power Automate, Notion AI, or equivalent).
- Evaluate, select, and integrate the most suitable tools or APIs for each project to ensure effectiveness and scalability.
- Connect systems and data sources through APIs, webhooks, and integrations to streamline business processes.
- Experiment with AI models and automation concepts to prototype and deliver innovative solutions.
- Monitor and optimize existing workflows for performance, cost efficiency, and maintainability.
- Document workflow architecture, integration points, and operational guidelines for internal knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years of experience in workflow automation, process improvement, or digital transformation.
- Hands-on experience with low-code / no-code platforms such as Make, Zapier, N8N, Power Automate, or similar.
- Strong understanding of API connectivity, data mapping, and automation logic.
- Familiarity with AI tools or APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, Hugging Face, etc.) is a plus.
- Growth-oriented mindset: ability to learn new tools quickly and apply them effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in AI transformation, digital consulting, or workflow integration projects.
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and automation governance principles.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM-based workflow orchestration.
