Job Title: Pricing & Data Lead
About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing, data-driven company operating in the flexible accommodation and rental services sector. The organization focuses on optimizing rental offerings for property partners while delivering attractive, transparent monthly rental options to business travelers and location-independent professionals.
This role is responsible for ensuring that rental pricing is:

You will work closely with senior leadership and commercial teams responsible for reservations and online sales.
Key Responsibilities

Take end-to-end ownership of pricing strategy for both new and existing properties, including base rates, discounts, and seasonal adjustments.

Conduct ongoing competitor benchmarking to identify pricing gaps and opportunities.

Define pricing frameworks for new locations and support business cases for market expansion.

Analyze external factors such as demand patterns, local events, seasonality, and broader market trends to inform pricing decisions.

Maintain and structure customer and renter data within CRM systems, ensuring data quality and meaningful segmentation.

Configure, manage, and continuously refine dynamic pricing tools and pricing rules.

Develop data-driven promotional and pricing recommendations for e-commerce and reservations teams, and evaluate campaign performance and outcomes.
Qualifications
Required
-
3–5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, data analysis, or commercial strategy roles.

Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with confidence handling data and basic reporting or dashboards.

Hands-on experience cleaning, consolidating, and analyzing data from systems such as CRM, PMS, or online booking platforms.

Familiarity with customer, booking, or transaction data in a commercial or operational context.

Strong business acumen with the ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.

Effective communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.

Background in hospitality, property rental, or travel-related industries.

Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting languages (e.g., Python or R) for advanced data analysis.
