Project Manager (PM)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the tech industry.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading teams and interacting with clients effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to solve problems proactively and make informed decisions under pressure.

Optional:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

• Background in software development or technical roles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, Development, and Product Management, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget considerations.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.

• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
