Job Brief
We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager who can turn customer data into actionable marketing plans. In this role, you'll use segmentation models and behavioral data to shape campaigns that drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell strategies. You'll collaborate closely with campaign and media teams to identify audience segments, craft follow-up journeys, and define how success is measured.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer data to develop audience targeting plans, cross-sell ideas, and follow-up journeys.
- Collaborate with campaign, creative, and media teams to turn insights into marketing actions (ads, promotions, automation).
- Design dashboards and present findings using tools like Looker Studio.
- Work with first-party CDP data and integrate external sources (e.g. GA4, Meta Ads, UTM tracking).
- Brainstorm campaign ideas across multiple products using data to guide creative direction.
- Design data collection strategies in new projects or partnership campaigns.
- Monitor campaign results and suggest data-driven improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or data-driven marketing (CDP, CRM, or digital analytics background preferred).
- Strong understanding of segmentation models, customer journeys, and how to use them in marketing planning.

Familiar with tools such as Looker, Google Analytics (GA4), and UTM tagging.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills able to translate data into actionable ideas for campaign and media teams.

Experience working with CDP platforms or building audience segments across channels.
