About the Role

Our client is an exclusive distributor of leading international lifestyle and home technology products, including robot vacuum cleaners, portable air purifiers, and PM2.5 filtration devices. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving brand growth and market awareness in Thailand, working closely with the global product and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for imported brands to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Collaborate with the global product team to localize marketing plans, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and brand direction.
  • Lead and manage external agencies and in-house marketing staff to deliver impactful digital, social, and offline campaigns.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to propose creative and data-driven marketing ideas.
  • Manage budgets, media plans, and promotional activities across multiple channels.
  • Build brand storytelling and creative content tailored for the Thai market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Fluent in both Thai and English (able to communicate with regional/global teams).

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer products, electronics, or lifestyle brands.

  • Strong creative thinking and strategic mindset capable of developing marketing ideas from scratch, not just executing given plans.

  • Experience in managing agencies, creative production, and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-growing brand that is not yet a market leader.

Preferred Profile

  • Background from mid-sized or challenger brands rather than large corporations.

  • Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and passion for building brand visibility in a competitive market.
