About the Role
Our client is seeking a Sales Executive to accelerate business growth by building a proactive sales pipeline and driving end-to-end B2B sales cycles. While current customers come primarily from referrals and networking events, the next step is to establish systematic outreach and expand the client base. This position requires strong sales capability along with the fundamental knowledge of SDLC and basic technology concepts to confidently communicate with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle: from strategy to closing.

    • Define and refine sales strategy, including ideal customer profiles, decision-maker mapping, and outreach approach.

    • Conduct prospecting, cold calls, email outreach, and follow-up to secure meetings.

    • Deliver professional service introductions and solution presentations.

    • Negotiate terms and close new business opportunities.

  • Leverage a fundamental understanding of SDLC and Technology to align solutions with client needs.

  • Support discussions around digital trends; knowledge of Generative AI is considered a strong plus.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client acquisition and long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in end-to-end B2B sales (strategy, prospecting, outreach, closing).

  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and closing deals in IT solutions or services.

  • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals: ICP, decision-maker identification, and structured outreach.

  • Basic knowledge of SDLC and technology concepts (Technology 101).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Knowledge of Generative AI and emerging tech trends is a plus.
