Job Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through marketing strategy and hands-on execution. This role owns the end-to-end marketing funnel, from market positioning and go-to-market strategy to demand generation and revenue impact. The ideal candidate can think strategically, execute independently, and directly contribute to company sales and monetization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company revenue and growth objectives
  • Own go-to-market (GTM) planning for training products, including in-house training, AI-driven training solutions, and public courses
  • Drive lead generation and conversion across multiple channels (online, partnerships, events, content, performance marketing)
  • Work closely with founders, sales, and trainers to turn training solutions into sellable offerings
  • Identify and test new revenue channels, pricing strategies, and commercial opportunities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end (concept, messaging, execution, measurement)
  • Analyze performance metrics (leads, conversion rate, CAC, revenue contribution) and optimize continuously
  • Build clear messaging and positioning for different customer segments (B2B, enterprise, individual learners)
  • Act as an internal marketing lead, ensuring fast execution without heavy dependency on external agencies

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, or Commercial roles, preferably in 

    education, SaaS, tech, or training-related businesses
  • Proven experience in both marketing strategy and hands-on execution

  • Strong understanding of revenue-driven marketing, sales funnels, and monetization 

    models
  • Experience launching or scaling products, courses, or services

  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-moving 

    environment
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
